Booking conditions :

To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card details (owner’s name, numbers and the expire date) for the deposit which is :
one night deposit is required if staying up to 3 nights.
50 % deposit is required if staying more than 3 nights.
The final invoice must be paid on the arrival day

Cancellation policy :

The reservation can be cancelled without fees 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
Less than 24 hours, one-night cancellation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to keep the deposit under Article 1590 du code civil.

Médiation à la consommation :

After having contacted the customer relations department and in the absence of a satisfactory answer within 3 weeks, the customer may refer the matter to the mediator below.
